Skate Lessons Built for Adults
Starting - or restarting - skateboarding as an adult can feel intimidating.
Our Adult Skate lessons are designed to take that pressure away.
You’ll work with Companion instructors in a small-group environment where you can ask questions, practice at your own pace, and build skills that match your individual goals.
You do not need to already know how to skate to participate.
What You’ll Work On
Instruction will be adapted to the experience and goals of the group, with an emphasis on building strong fundamentals and confidence..
Depending on your experience level, sessions may include:
Balance, stance, and board control
Pushing and riding comfortably
Turning and stopping
Navigating ramps and park features
Building confidence around other skaters
Learning new tricks and progressing existing skills
Understanding skatepark etiquette and how to safely use the park
There is no expectation that everyone progresses at the same pace.
